Payments may be made in person at the Choctaw Police Department, located at 13240 NE 23rd St, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday except City-observed holidays.  

Note:  On Court dates, payments made after 3:30 p.m. must be made in the Courtroom, located at City Hall, 2500 N Choctaw Rd.

Enclose the hard copy of your ticket, check the appropriate box, and sign on the back.

Before you pay online, please look at the top left hand corner of your citation and make sure your citation was issued by the City of Choctaw Police Department.  Also please make sure you pay the correct amount.  

Full payments can be paid online for many Traffic, Criminal, and Parking tickets to resolve certain cases without making a court appearance.  This does not include Juvenile (non-traffic related) Court, or if you were arrested or released from jail, as they require a court appearance.  

If you pay online, you will be entering a no-contest plea and waiving your rights to a trial.  The online payment may constitute a conviction and it will be reported to the Department of Public Safety.  Please contact the Municipal Court in person or by phone to find out if more options are available before continuing with the online payment.

We are temporarily accepting payments over the phone.  If you pay your ticket by phone, you will be entering a no-contest plea and waiving your right to a trial.  The payment may constitute a conviction and, depending on the violation, it may be reported to the Department of Public Safety.  

For payment of citations on nights and weekends, there is a drop box located in the parking lot of City Hall, located at 2500 N Choctaw Rd.  Follow the instructions for payment by mail, and clearly mark your payment with a return address for a receipt.
