The price of a garage sale permit is $10 and includes three signs, with the option to purchase additional signs.
You may not post any garage sale signs other than the signs provided by City Hall.
Each residence can have up to four sales a year.
If you live outside of City limits, you do not need a permit, however, only City-issued signs are allowed to be posted within City limits.
With permission, your address can be posted on the website for the weekend of your sale.

Attention Choctaw Residents!
For ease and saving time, you may now be able to submit garage sale permit applications digitally, pay by card, and pick up your garage sale signs at the end of each business day that you applied. Email your application to inspections@choctawcity.org and our permit tech, Isabel Runyon, will send the payment details to your email.
