Welcome to the Vendor Page for Choctaw’s Festivals, Special Events, and Farmers Market!

No application fee – Applications are valid January through December each year.

Booth Information:

  • Standard Space: $15 per 10x10 booth (no electricity)

  • Electric Hookups: $5 per plug (limited availability)

Vendor Requirements:

  • Sales Tax ID Required: Vendors must have a valid Sales Tax ID and file sales tax with the City of Choctaw.

  • Food Vendors: Must submit Health Department paperwork (if applicable).

  • Liquor Vendors: Must apply for a liquor permit with the City of Choctaw and follow ABLE Commission rules.

Alcohol Vendor Requirements:

  • Paperwork must be submitted to the ABLE Commission at least 60 days in advance, unless exempt.

  • For full details on alcohol service regulations, please contact ABLE directly.

Estimated Attendance:

  • Friday Nights in the Park & Choctaw Farmers Market: ~500 attendees

  • Themed Friday Nights: 500+ attendees

  • Special Events: 1,000 – 2,500 attendees

Friday Nights in the Park & Farmers Market

Friday Nights in the Park is a weekly community event featuring a certified Farmers Market alongside other vendors, entertainment, and family-friendly activities.

Vendor Placement:

  • Certified Farmers Market Vendors – Located on Market Lane

  • Non-Farmers Market Vendors – Placed in the green space between the stage and playground

Vendor Limits:
To maintain variety, we limit the number of vendors selling the same type of item at Friday Nights in the Park and Special Events.

Event Locations:

  • Friday Nights in the Park & Choctaw Farmers Market take place at the front of the park along Market Lane.

  • Special Events are held at the Big Pavilion in Choctaw Creek Park.

2025 Events

First Fridays at Choctaw Creek Park

First Fridays is a special event series held during Friday Nights in the Park / Farmers Market, featuring themed nights designed to bring unique experiences to the community. These events take place in the greenspace behind Farmers Market Lane and are inspired by the success of the Pepper Festival, which has been hosted alongside the Farmers Market for the past two years.

Vendor Guidelines & Information

Vendor Eligibility:

  • Vendors must offer products that align with the theme of the First Friday event unless they are Farmers Market Vendors.

Booth Details:

  • Booth Size: 10x10 space

  • Setup: Vendors must provide their own tables and canopies

  • Electricity: Limited spots available ($5 per plug)

  • Public Entry: Free admission for all attendees

Event Details:

  • Booth space is 10x10.

  • You must provide your own tables and canopies.

  • Limited electric spots are available.

  • There is no admission fee for the public to enter these events.

2025 First Friday Event Schedule

🌿 April 4th – Herb & Garden Night

📅 Time: 5:00-8:00 PM

Vendors must offer products related to gardening and plant life, including:
✔️ Live plants, bulbs, or seeds
✔️ Foliage-inspired art/jewelry
✔️ Herbal soaps, teas, infused oils, and vinegars
✔️ Garden decorations and gardening products
✔️ Informational booths on horticulture, sustainability, and plant care

🎶 Additional Features: We are seeking food & beverage vendors, entertainment, and a band.

🔹 Note: There will be no Farmers Market this evening—the Farmers Market begins in May.

🕹️ May 2nd – Nerd Night

📅 Time: 5:00-8:00 PM

A mini Comicon-inspired event celebrating sci-fi, pop culture, gaming, comics, and more!

✔️ Vendors must offer products related to these themes, including:

  • Theme specific merchandise & collectibles

  • Artisan crafts from local creators

  • Gaming accessories, comics, and cosplay items

  • Themed activities

🎶 Additional Features: We are seeking food & beverage vendors, entertainment, and a band.

🔹 This event is held in conjunction with the Friday Nights in the Park Farmers Market.

🌲 June 6th – Wildlife & Outdoors Night

📅 Time: 5:00-8:00 PM

A celebration of wildlife, outdoor recreation, and conservation!

✔️ Vendors must offer products related to:

  • Hunting, fishing, and conservation

  • Outdoor recreation gear

  • Wildlife-themed crafts, décor, and clothing

🏞️ Educational & Activity Booths: We are also seeking organizations to provide information, education, and interactive activities for outdoor enthusiasts of all ages.

🎶 Additional Features: We are seeking food & beverage vendors, entertainment, and a band.

🔹 This event is held in conjunction with the Friday Nights in the Park Farmers Market.

July 4th – Independence Day Celebration

🐶 August 1st – Dog Days of Summer

📅 Time: 5:00-8:00 PM

A fun night dedicated to our furry friends!

✔️ Vendors must offer pet-related products and services, such as:

  • Pet accessories and pet care products

  • Pet-themed merchandise

  • Pet-related activities (e.g., training demos, pet contests, etc.)

🎶 Additional Features: We are seeking food & beverage vendors, entertainment, and a band.

🌶️ September 5th – The Pepper Festival Arts & Crafts Show

📅 Time: 5:00-8:00 PM

A spicy fusion of peppers and handmade artistry!

✔️ We are accepting vendors offering:

  • Hot sauce, pepper food products, and pepper-themed products

  • Artisans & crafters selling:
    🎨 Paintings, drawings, sculpture, and photography
    🧶 Textile crafts, decorative crafts, paper crafts, and metalworking
    💍 Jewelry making, natural & sustainable crafts, mixed media, and specialty crafts

Vendor Guidelines & Information

🛒 Vendor Eligibility:

  • All vendors are welcome to participate.

  • Farmers Market Requirement: At least 75% of products sold must be food-related items (e.g., produce, baked goods, jams, honey, spices, etc.).

  • Non-Food Vendors: Must handcraft their items to qualify for Farmers Market spaces.

  • Resale Vendors: Vendors selling items they did not make themselves may still participate but will be placed in the green space between the stage and playground instead of the Farmers Market area.

  • Vendor Eligibility: Open to all types of vendors.

  • Seeking activity vendors, guilds, clubs, and organizations for demonstrations/info booths.

  • Food & Beverage Vendors, Entertainment, and Bands encouraged to participate.

  • Setup: Vendors must provide their own tables and canopies.

🎃 October 24th & 25th: The Haunted Hollow at Choctaw Creek Park

Event Details

  • Admission: Free for the public.

  • Attendance: Expected 500+ kids per night.

  • Friday, October 24th: 6 PM - 8 PM.

  • Saturday, October 25th: 5 PM - 8:30 PM.

  • Booth Decorating: Vendors must decorate for Halloween! 🎃👻

  • Contest: Best-decorated booth wins a prize each night!
