Choctaw's Paint Oklahoma Beautiful project has been named a finalist! The City of Choctaw and other organizations will be honored at the 34th Environmental Excellence Celebration on Friday, November 22, at the National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum in Oklahoma City. 🏆 Winners for the Paint Oklahoma Beautiful projects and other categories will be announced that evening.

Get ready for an exciting time with the Haunted Trails and Haunted Hollow! 🎃🎃🎃 This year the Choctaw Volunteer Fire Fighters Association is bringing back the Super Spooky Haunted Trails (As seen on Google Maps)! 👻Join us for the Haunted Trails on Friday and Saturday night from dusk until 11 PM. Admission is just $10 per person, and all proceeds benefit the Choctaw Volunteer Fire Fighters! If you’re looking for a little less fright, but still a lot of fun, the Haunted Hollow is perfect for you! 🦇Join us Friday night for an 80-foot toxic drop obstacle course, Toxic Wipe Out, and The Wrecking Ball! DJ Robby will be spinning awesome tunes, plus there will be food, vendors, and some trick-or-treat fun! 🕷️On Saturday, enjoy food vendors and trick-or-treating, but the REAL treat is watching Hocus Pocus under the stars! This year’s festival is particularly special as it welcomes the International Highland Games, drawing visitors from across the country and around the world to Choctaw. To accommodate the event and ensure the festival grounds are secure, part of the walking trails at Choctaw Creek Park are temporarily blocked.
