The City would like to raise awareness and understanding of mental health, the steps our citizens can take to protect their mental health through community-led action and organizing, as well as the need for appropriate and accessible services for all people with mental health conditions.

This is their 30th anniversary and have retired 38, 862 flags to date! If you have a flag to be retired you can either bring it with you to the ceremony at the park, drop it off in the drop box at Harmony Christian Church 7100 S Choctaw Rd, bring it to the Choctaw Police department at 13240 NE 23rd Street, or bring your flags to Choctaw City Hall at 2500 N Choctaw Rd during normal business hours.
