The City of Choctaw operates a community contact system, Blackboard Connect, that alerts citizens of emergency situations such as fires and dangerous weather conditions, as well as Public Works issues, such as water outages and street closures due to repairs. City Crews have located a main break on NE 23rd and Indian Meridian. Water will be shut off approximately east of Choctaw Rd and North of NE 23rd for 4-6 hours while crews work to repair the line. Water will be restored in 4 - 6 hours. Thank you for your patience in this matter.

We are also excited to announce that we will have new benches that will be installed soon! This all comes just in time for our annual Fishing Derby that will be held at Ten Acre Lake Park Saturday, September 9th.
