The Court Clerk is responsible for:  

• maintaining all records of the court

• setting trial dockets

• collecting court fines, fees, and state court costs 

• preparing warrants of arrest 

• and issuing subpoenas.
  
  You must be on the docket in order to speak to the judge.
  
  On court dates, phone calls after 3:30 pm will not be accepted/returned.  If you fail to appear or pay your fine in full, there will be a warrant issued for your arrest.
